I’m so excited that this Spring Floral Bridal Inspiration is featured on The White Wren today! I dreamed up this concept knowing I wanted to take advantage of Forest Park’s gorgeous blooming magnolia trees in the spring. I wanted to create a bridal inspiration shoot that embraced all things pink, lace, bows, florals! I wanted it to be ultra-feminine while also being minimal and modern. I reached out to this dream team of vendors and was so happy when everyone loved the vision as much as I did!

Something that initially inspired my vision for the shoot was seeing this gorgeous Made With Love Bridal gown on The Bridal Parlor’s Instagram! I was obsessed with the modern lace gown paired with the statement bow sleeve detailing. I knew it would look so dreamy with the blooming magnolias!

Snapdragon Studio created the most beautiful floral bouquet and centerpiece! The soft, blush pink flowers and organic greenery were so perfect! For hair and makeup, I loved the idea of a playful ponytail and soft, delicate makeup. Abbey Frei Artistry absolutely nailed it! Nicole of Nicole Kopp Beauty was a stunning model!

I wanted the tablescape to also match the feel of the rest of the shoot – feminine, minimal, and effortless/ laid back. I set up a bistro table and added scalloped plates paired with white linen napkins tied with a blush pink silk ribbon. I tied a matching silk ribbon around the minimal, small white cake. I love interesting but simplistic (and budget-friendly!) ways to decorate a wedding cake!

We started the shoot at Settings STL as the ‘getting ready’ portion, and then went to St Louis Forest Park for the rest of the portraits and to capture the tablescape.
